Although we hold the vast majority of items in stock, it is not always possible to hold every item in stock all of the time. If any item you are wishing to purchase is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone with an estimated date for delivery. We endeavour to excel in customer service and are happy to cancel or amend any order should the products not be available within your preferred time frame.

We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days of receipt of order for items in stock. Our standard delivery charge to mainland UK addresses is JUST £2.75, regardless of parcel weight! And we offer FREE delivery for all order over £30!

Standard delivery charge to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles is £15.00.

Overseas delivery can normally be arranged - please telephone or email us first for delivery charges.

Bulky and delicate items such as furniture and mirrors - depicted by the small truck icon on our website - will necessitate special delivery by courier and will incur additional delivery charges. Please telephone or email us for delivery charges. Delivery of these items will be made right up to your doorstep. If you require assistance moving items inside the property, it is at the driver’s discretion and any damage caused to the property or product is the customer’s responsibility.

How to Order, Delivery, Legal & Policies

We will happily offer an exchange, refund or credit note for items (without fault) returned to us in perfect order and in original packaging within 7 days. If you return an item, please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items broken or lost during return transit. Delivery charge and return postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. In the unlikely event of an item arriving faulty or not as ordered, please inform us within 24 hours of receipt and we will be happy to replace it.
