All items from our jewellery collection that are ordered online will be shipped within 1-3 business days for just £3.95. In the UK, we offer next day delivery on many items (if ordered before 2pm) for £6.95 and free delivery for all U.K orders over £50.
We’re sure you’ll love all the items available from Penelopetom as much as we do, but if something does go wrong, we offer full refunds for items bought online and returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
To make a return or request an exchange, please contact us beforehand, quoting your order number, name and preferred address for any exchanged goods to be sent to.
When returning the item please ensure it is securely wrapped and in its original packaging. We strongly suggest getting proof of postage when sending your return, as we cannot be liable for items that do not reach us.
