All of our feather design earrings have been specially chosen by us, and have been beautifully created by craftsmen from high-quality metals, including sterling silver. That means not only do all of our feather earrings look superb, but they have the reassuring feel of a well-made, high-quality piece of jewellery.
All of our feather earrings come beautifully presented in a black, embossed Penelopetom gift box, but if you want to go the extra mile, we also offer a luxury gift-wrapping service. We can also include a personalised message on a gift tag enclosed with the order, and send the earrings straight to the lucky recipient - that way you can still give a gift with a personal touch, even if you can’t be there in person.
All items from our jewellery collection that are ordered online will be shipped within 1-3 business days for FREE! In the UK, we offer next day delivery on many items (if ordered before 2pm) for £6.95 if you need your product to arrive in a hurry! We’re sure you’ll love all the items available from Penelopetom as much as we do, but if something does go wrong, we offer full refunds for items bought online and returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
To make a return or request an exchange, please contact us beforehand, quoting your order number, name and preferred address for any exchanged goods to be sent to.
When returning the item please ensure it is securely wrapped and in its original packaging. We strongly suggest getting proof of postage when sending your return, as we cannot be liable for items that do not reach us.
