The last date for delivery for our mother’s day items is Friday 8th of March 2024, for items purchased with Saturday delivery before 2pm on Friday 8th March. For anything else not in our specially-curated mother’s day collection, get in touch to find out more about delivery times, as they may vary.
Most items ordered online for delivery to the U.K will be shipped within 1-3 business days for FREE!. In the UK, we offer next day delivery on many items (if ordered before 2pm) for £6.95 and free delivery for all U.K orders over £50. Saturday delivery is available for £10.95.
We’re sure you’ll love all the items available from Penelopetom as much as we do, but if something does go wrong, we offer full refunds for items bought online and returned to us within 28 days of purchase.
To make a return or request an exchange, please contact us beforehand, quoting your order number, name and preferred address for any exchanged goods to be sent to.
When returning the item please ensure it is securely wrapped and in its original packaging. We strongly suggest getting proof of postage when sending your return, as we cannot be liable for items that do not reach us.
