In the UK, we offer next day delivery on many items (if ordered before 2pm) for £6.95 if you need your product to arrive in a hurry! We’re sure you’ll love all the items available from Penelopetom as much as we do, but if something does go wrong, we offer full refunds for items bought online and returned to us within 28 days of purchase. We cannot accept returns for personalised items, so if you have any questions about any of our clutch bags, or our monogramming service, please get in touch beforehand.
To make a return or request an exchange, please contact us beforehand, quoting your order number, name and preferred address for any exchanged goods to be sent to.
When returning the item please ensure it is securely wrapped and in its original packaging. We strongly suggest getting proof of postage when sending your return, as we cannot be liable for items that do not reach us.
